Apoptosis and mechanisim of colon cancer SW-480 cells induced by clostridium butyricum

　　Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of CB induced human colon cancer.Methods SW480 cells were treated with CB at different concentration of 1.5 × 103,1.5 × 104,1.5 × 105,1.5 × 106,1.5 × 107,1.5 × 1O8 CFU/ml for different times(24,48,72and96h).Cell viability was determined by CCK-8 assay after SW480 cells were treated with CB.Cell morphology was examined by Electron microscopy.Annexin V/PI double-staining was performed to detect cell apoptosis.The activites of Caspase-9 and Caspase-3 were measured by Caspase assay kit.The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax at protein level was detected by Western Blot assay.
