Objective::Autophagy is a lysosomal degradation pathway that degrades damaged or superfluous cell components into basic biomolecules,which are then recycled back into the cytosol.So autophagy is often regarded as a cytoprotective function.Nowadays,Systemic infusion of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMMSCs)yields therapeutic benefit for a variety of autoimmune diseases,but the underlying mechanisms are poorly understood.Here we plan to show the relationship between Autophagy and the Immunosuppression of BMMSCs.
