重费米子超导体CeIrIn5 的Rh 掺杂和压力相图有两个分离的超导区域,因此有理论学者提出其压力下的超导区域超导库柏对是由价电位涨落引起。这不同于“115”体系中另外两个重费米子超导体CeRhIn5 和CeCoIn5,一般认为其超导起源于电子自旋涨落。

(La1-xBax)(Zn1-xMnx)AsO:“1111”体系的稀磁半导体
我们合成了稀磁半导体材料(La1-xBax)(Zn1-xMnx)AsO(0 ≤ x ≤ 0.2),它的晶格结构和“1111”系列的铁基超导体相同,为ZrCuSiAs 结构,Ba 和Mn 的掺杂分别控制载流子和自旋量浓度.在LaZnAsO 材料中的Zn 位掺杂Mn,没有铁磁转变；在La 位掺杂了Ba 后,材料出现了40K 左右的铁磁转变,说明只有在载流子的调制作用下,自旋才能形成铁磁有序.

Bi2Te3单晶样品生长条件的探究
拓扑绝缘体是一种新的量子物态,Bi2Te3、Bi2Se3 等作为新型的三维拓扑绝缘体材料已成为近年来凝聚态物理研究领域的爆发性热点[1]。目前,对三维拓扑绝缘体Bi2Se3、Bi2Te3 等体系的研究主要集中在薄膜材料,而利用固相反应法[2]制备Bi2Te3 单晶材料相对少一些,尤其是对单晶材料不同生长条件的研究较少。
