Phytohormones are a collection of small molecules which play vital roles in the regulation of plant growth,development and responses to biotic and abiotic stress [1,2].To better understand molecular mechanisms and interactions of phytohormones,it is basis for clearly knowing the concentration,diversification,special and temporal distribution of phytohormones at the organ,cellular and sub-cellular level [3,4].Therefore,the simultaneous determination of multiple phytohormones would be greatly helpful for the progress.
