BACKGROUND: Melanoma is a common skin pigmentation condition, it is known as an exceptionally aggressive and treatment-resistant human cancer that accounts for approximately 75% of skin cancer-related deaths.Although a great deal of progress has been made in the past decade including the development of immunotherapy and some targeted therapies, given therapeutic difficulty is still as one of the biggest concerns, highlighting an urgent need for discovering and designing more effective approaches to conquer melanoma.
