  Due to the plasmon-enhanced effect,surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)is a highly sensitive technique with single molecular sensitivity.It has found wide application in various fields,including chemistry,materials science and bio-and analytical application.However,the breadth of practical applications of SERS has been severely limited because it is still a great challenge to achieve simultaneously a high sensitivity and high reproducibility1.Herein,we reported a method to obtain nanogaps on nanopillar templates fabricated by holographic lithography(HL).
