Recently,materials with two-photon absorption cross section(TPA)properties have been widely applied in many fields,involving 3D information storage,3D microfabrication,lasing safety,disease diagnosis and therapy,biomedical imaging and other fields.Much effort has been focused on developing novel probes for two-photon excited fluorescence(TPEF)microscopy imaging,which is more practically useful for non-invasive live cell imaging due to the deep penetration,low photobleaching and high spatial resolution.Therefore,it is significant to design and synthesize functional organic molecules with large TPA cross section as TPA materials.
