Secondary electrons emission is a main process during the inelastic ion-surface collisions.The knowledge of the emission yield not only provides significant information for the basic understanding of the interaction mechanism,but also is important to the technological applications such as surface analysis in scanning electron microscopes,developments of fusion device and so on.Many works have been carried out on investigating the feature of electron mission for various targets with room temperature.Little is known about the dependence of the yield on the target temperature.This can be changed with the increasing target temperature as a result of the change of the surface morphology [1,2].Here,we would like to present the measure of the electron emission yield of Tungsten as a function of temperature for proton impact with energy from 50 to 250 keV.
