　　[Objective] To screen the genes related to cleft palate induced by Retinoic acid (RA), laying foundation for the research in the genetic mechanism and clinical therapy of cleft palate.[Methods]RA-induced cleft palate mouse was made, 27 cleft palate embryos and 18 embryos in control group on embryonic day 14.5 was harvested.Related genes were examined in the palate of these mice by genechip and RT-PCR methods.
