氧化电解水是一种具低pH、高氧化还原电位以及含一定有效氯的新型机能水。具有广普抑菌活性并在食品生产中进行消毒杀菌。为了加强氧化电解水在食品业中应用的重视程度，更好地了解电解水在食品生产中的消毒效果。本文就电解水的发生装置、生成原理和食品生产中的消毒效果进行综述。
目的：建立检测罗非鱼肌肉中硫酸新霉素含量的HPLC法.方法：用PBS-三氯乙酸萃取罗非鱼肌肉中硫酸新霉素,氯甲酸芴甲酯(FMOC-C1)衍生化后,HPLC荧光检测.色谱条件：Waters C18 色谱柱(150nm×4.6mm,5μm),V(乙腈)：V(水)=85∶15混合液为流动相,流速1mL·min-1,柱温25℃,荧光检测的激发波长和发射波长分别为260nm和315nm.结果：硫酸新霉素在0
