　　The emergence of drug-resistant cancer cells together with the toxicity side effect of chemotherapy agents are the major obstacle in cancer treatment.The main purpose of this study is to assess the potential of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-targeting ferritin H-chain (EGF-FTH1) nanoparticle to overcome drug resistance in human breast cancer cell line MCF-7/ADR.
