　　Objective:To summarize the 4 years experience of the ECMO special team construction.Evaluate the role of perfusionist as center in ECMO special team.Methods:From January 2003 to June 2007,26 cases,including 12 of cardiovascular failure,12 of respiratory failure and 2 of respiratory and cardiac failure,were underwent ECMO support.In the process of ECMO special team construction,perfusionist has been working as central role in the team.
