　　Objective:This study aimed at seeking perfusion methods and managing steps in different type of thoracic aortic aneurysm.Methods:Routine cardiopulmonary bypass was applied to simple ascending aorta replacement.When it comes to descending aortic aneurysm surgery,we combined central blood flow with superficial temperature blanket to lower body temperature and rewarming.
