　　Background: Innate immune defences to CSFV infection are triggered through the recognition of the host germline-encoded pattern recognition receptors(PRRs)of pathogen-associated molecular patterns(PAMPs).Innate immune cytokines such as type Ⅰ interferons(IFNs)are critical for the protection against CSFV infection.Classical swine fever virus(CSFV)is an important positive single-strand RNA virus that usually results in high fever,hemorrhagic syndrome,high mortality,and causes considerable economic loss of the pig industry worldwide.
