  As a core member in organic electronics family,nonvolatile memories based on organic thin film transistors have attracted wide attention,due to the merits of nondestructive reading process,integration of switching and storage,architectural compatibility with logic circuits,and son on.In contrast to conventional continuous floating-gate,the nano-floating-gate with discrete charge trapping sites can effectively suppress the charge leakage effect,thus be beneficial to memory endurance and retention ability.
