Different from common flexible devices, conformal devices have excellent 2D elasticity that enable intimate adherence on the 3D arbitrary-shaped objects without any folds. It can provide sensory and scanning features for monitoring, biofeedback and tracking of physiological function, and presents one of the most promising technologies for high-performance wearable and implantable electronics[1-3].However,the present devices remain limited on rigid planar substrates or 2D cylindrical surfaces,by the lack of fabrication techniques for 2D elastic electrodes to conform to 3D curved surfaces.
