Multi-ary data storage devices have attracted broad interests for the reason of exponential growth in data storage density compared with traditional binary style.Over the years,we have been engaging in design and synthesis of multi-ary data storage materials and proposed the theory of multi-ary data storage material structure.Herein,we would like to share some examples to improve the device performance.
