患者,男性,46岁,体重89kg,ASAⅡ级,左胫腓骨中下段粉碎性骨折行左胫骨骨折外固定支架固定术+克氏针内固定术后3个月,胫骨骨折不愈合、腓骨分离移位.既往史:10年前行阑尾切术,腰椎间盘突出病史2年,嗜烟史,无明显食物及药物过敏史.术前检查:心肺功能、血常规、肝肾功能、凝血功能等均正常.拟定全麻下行外固定支架取出+左腓骨骨折切开复位内固定.
