　　Western diet is closely associated with raising the incidence of insulin resistance-induced cardiovascular disease.The pathogenesis of obesity-induced cardiomyopathy is well established; however, the non-obese insulin resistance-induced cardiomyopathy is still largely unknown.Therefore, the present study was aimed to elucidate the pathogenesis of cardiomyopathy in the high cholesterol-fructose-induced non-obese insulin resistance syndrome.
