目的:观察牛痘疫苗接种家兔炎症皮肤提取物注射液(神经妥乐平,Neurotropin)治疗PLID射频消融术后残余感觉异常(疼痛)的疗效.方法:随机在住院患者中抽取PLID射频消融术后存在有下肢残余感觉异常(疼痛、麻木、发冷)的患者100位.将其分为治疗组(神经妥乐平组)和对照组;其中治疗组50例,用0.9% Nacl 250 ml+神经妥乐平针7.2μ静点,每日一次,14日为一疗程.对照组50例,采用0.9% Nacl 250 ml静点,每日一次,14日为一疗程.两组治疗前与治疗两周后测定VAS评分并记录.
