  Objective Diabetic neuropathy pain(DNP)is one of the common complications of diabetes,which influences the patients quality of life seriously.Depression as a chronic disease,its clinical features mainly included depressive,loss of sensation,and negative thinking.The aim of the study is to investigate the change of P2X7 receptor of hippocampus in the rats with the comorbidity of DNP with depression.
