The main purpose is to analyze the findings of the brain dysfunction reward of overeating based on the multimodal-imaging evidences and forecast on their prospect about the application in the exercise therapy for obesity.Eating is an instinctive behavior driven by the physical hunger and reward expectation.Neurobehavioral studies using electroencephalogram(EEG),event-related potential(ERP),positron emmison tomography(PET),functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)and Functional Near-infrared Spectroscopy(fNIRS)have yielded valuable evidences of the neurobiology underlying variations in overeating behavior in humans.
