  In this paper, vapor grown carbon fibers (VGCF) were used as a conductive filler for fabricating conductive polymer composites.The carbon fillers with a nano size were dispersed into high density polythylene (HDPE) by a melt compounding method using a twin screw extruder.The resulting nanocomposites with pellet or sheet shapes were used to produce specimens for the characterization of electrical properties by a hot press method.
