Mass and heat transfer phenomena in microchannels promotes transfer limited reaction to reaction-limiting region due to shortened transfer distances[1],[2].A microreactor treated in this work unexceptionally receives these advantages.However,there are still some problems to be solved.One of the major problems under high-throughput is large pressure drop due to the shortened transfer distances or narrow gaps of packed catalyst particles.To avoid this,structured catalysts or bulky packed beds with large catalyst particles are common used in microreactors at the expense of some catalytic performance.Here,we tried to use powder catalysts in a microreactor to gain the fully catalytic performance.
