Based on the research and rescue experience after disasters and accidents of the Psychologists and Psychiatrists in China in the recent years,a review of the reaction of individual after the disaster and accident has been made.The reaction of individual was described by "Stressor" which has both traits of the event and the human being.Different individual risk in differents disaster and accidents have been discussed and key characteristics of Stressors have been descriped.
