With the development of economy and the speeding up of the urbanization,both the urban population and high buildings are booming,with the varieties of undergrounds and gas lines tangled,increasing the fire risks.Once fire occurs,the doubling of its damages to the urban economy and social sustainable development will become more and more serious.Therefore,it is crucial to do fire risk evaluation.By analyzing the factors influencing the out-breaking and development of fire and making full use of the existing data to forecast the fire probability and the damages,the technique of fire risk evaluation can act as a modem fire-control technique to appropriately evaluate the fire risks,with the aims to well balance the lives of the public and firefighters,the level of risk evaluation,fire-control facilities and the e emergency strategies.
