One of the common lethal complications of sepsis, a major cause of morbidity and mortality in patients with severe trauma and so on, is acute lung injury.The purpose of this study was to elucidate the possible beneficial effects of synthetic Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser (RGDs) peptide on acute lung injury in a mice model of sepsis through wisp1-lntegrinβ6 pathway.
