Molecular imprinting(MIP) is a method for creation polymers with ability of recognizing and specifically binding the target molecules.In this study,we use atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) to produce chloramphenicol surface-imprinted polymer(MIPs),which can increase the binding ability and can be effectively reduce the“embedding”phenomenon.In this study,2-(Diethylamino)ethylmethacrylate(DEAEM),Ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate(EDMA) was choosen as the functional monomer,cross-linking agent,respectively.First,the DEAEM and CAP formed a prepolymer.Then we choose modified silica with 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide as the initator to synthesize the MIPs by ATRP method.At last,we choose some solvent to remove the template,the MIP was formed (Fig.1).The characteristics of the MIPs such as capacity,selectivity were investigated by rebinding experiments.The results showed that the MIPs had good imprinting effect and adsorption amout of the chloramphenicol.The resulted imprinted molecule were also evaluated by utilizing as stationary phase in high performance liquid chromatography materials and showed good recognition performance.
