As a series of 700MW class totally air-cooled hydroelectric generators has been put into operation in China,the development of hydroelectric generators has arrived at a new stage.To summarize the experience,taking the generator of Three Gorges Right Bank Power Station as an example,the design and operation features about 700MW class totally air-cooled hydroelectric generators are presented and discussed.
