This study aimed to describe a newly discovered lesion — a fibro-epithelial polyp surrounding the orifice of Stensens duct. The clinical data of three patients (one male and two females) was collected and analyzed to characterize the new lesion. There were painless lesions surrounding the orifice of Stensens duct without obvious causes.Their clinical features included sensation of a foreign body and an awkward bite during mastication. All patients received surgical management to resect the polyp and reconstruct the orifice of Stensens duct. The patients ducts were preserved intact and their parotid glands functioned normally after 6-12 months follow-up.In conclusion, fibro-epithelial polyp surrounding the orifice of Stensens duct is a newly discovered lesion. The key point for surgical management is to keep the duct intact and unobstructed.
