热喷涂氧化铝涂层技术被大量应用在纺织机械行业,而其结构特点,决定了这种涂层塑形变形能力差,对应力集中和裂纹敏感,本文通过对氧化铝涂层常见失效形式进行分析,并提出对策,以期提高工件使用寿命,减少生产成本.
