研究了新型陶瓷膜在不同孔径和操作压力情况下对藻类及叶绿素a的去除效果.采用陶瓷膜孔径为200nm和50nm,操作压力为0.1MPa、0.2MPa和0.3MPa,分别针对高藻水和低藻水进行过滤实验,对比了藻类细胞数和叶绿素a浓度两种水质参数的过滤效能.实验结果表明,无论是高藻水还是低藻水,以藻细胞数为指标,藻细胞都能得到完全去除,效能是100%;以叶绿素a浓度为指标,平均去除率约为96%.陶瓷膜过滤对浊度去除效果良好,出水浊度稳定在0.12NTU以下,对CODMn去除效率为10%-20%左右.原水藻类含量能够显著影响陶瓷膜单独过滤的通量,投加一定浓度的次氯酸钠能够控制膜污染,改善膜通量.预加氯和陶瓷膜过滤组合工艺能够更加适合实际情况,在我国具有良好的应用前景.
