燕麦是我国北方半干旱地区重要的粮饲兼用作物,其生长期间的干旱胁迫是影响其高产和稳产的重要因素。本研究通过在不同生育时期不同水分胁迫下对抗旱性不同的燕麦品种叶片叶绿素荧光动力学参数的研究,了解不同抗旱性燕麦在不同生育时期水分胁迫下光合生理响应差异,为燕麦高产稳产栽培和抗旱品种选育提供理论依据。

本研究利用水培法探讨了不同浓度NH:营养对小麦品种扬麦13苗期生长的影响及生理机制.试验设6个铵浓度水平(分别为1、2.5、5、7.5、10,15 mmol· L-1).用5mmol·L-1单一NO-3-N营养液培养为对照,处理14 d(四叶一心)后取样测定.结果表明,当铵浓度高于5 mmol· L-1时,随着NH+4浓度增高,株高和植株叶面积降低并低于对照.
