The phenomenon of excitation of residual current density(RCD) in plasmas produced by ultrashort laser pulses is interesting due to the possibility of using it to convert laser pulses into THz radiation [1-4].RCD serves as the initial push for plasma polarization and excitation of radiating plasma oscillations which have THz frequencies in a wide range of gas pressures and laser pulse intensities.
