Aim: Parkinson disease (PD) is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases characterized by progressive dopaminergic (DA) neuronal loss in the substantia nigra (SN).Tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside (TSG) is known to possess anti-irnflammatory, anti-oxidant and anti-aging activities.In this study, TSGmediated protection against LPS-induced DA neurodegeneration was evaluated.
