Background Coronary artery CTO revascularization is challenging, because the characteristics of occlusion is poorly elucidated under CCA.Devices may steer out of the artery, which can lead to severe dissection or perforation.Merging pre-acquired CCTA imaging of the CTO to the live CCA display may permit identification of occluded routine and improve procedural outcomes.
