Objective To investigate the relationship of the serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D with ACS.Methods Totally 152 patients who conform to standard were chosen.We divided the patients into ACS group (n=81),SAP group (n=36) and NC group (n=35).By clinical conditions, we also divided ACS group into AMI group (n=41) and UAP group (n=40).The levels of 25-hydroxy Vitamin D, MMP-9 were measured by ELISA in every group.
