Separation and Purification of PAEs from oil by Solid Phase Extraction and GC/MS

　　With the development of food industry, numerous food processing technologies were used to enrich the food flavors, improve the color and extend the life of goods.But unfortunately, some materials were introduced which could do harm to humans health in the food processing, such as PAEs, were added into food in Taiwan recently.Within so many kinds of food, it is the most difficult in dealing Oil sample.In the GB21911-2008, the treatment ofoil sample employs the GPC method, but it takes too much time, and cant deal the parallel samples.This paper developed a separation and purification method of 16 kinds of PAEs from oil by Solid Phase Extraction with Cleanert PAE column which combined GPC and normal phase adsorption mechanism.A detection method with GC/MS was also established and a detailed evaluation of methodology has been carried out.The standard curves of the 16 PAEs are set up, which are ranged from 20ppb to 2ppm and all the linear correlation coefficient are higher than 0.995.The recovery is acceptable.
