　　NCO Academies is a very important part of the noncommissioned officer education teaching practice teaching, and it is directly related to the ability to achieve the training objectives of the noncommissioned officer education.Currently, most of the non-commissioned officers institutions have begun to practice teaching seriously, Noncommissioned Officer Academies but some still do not build a practice teaching system.This article based noncommissioned officer education practice teaching situation on the connotation of the non-commissioned officers of Teaching System, to to build perfect the the NCO Academies practice teaching system, to ensure that the quality of practice teaching for noncommissioned officer education.
