Introduction Cytogenetic abnormality plays an important role in prognosis of patients with multiple myeloma (MM).Conventional cytogenetic assay reveals limited results.In this study,we performed interphase fluorescence in situ hybridization (I-FISH) analysis to explore the incidence of cytogenetic abnormalities in patients with (MM) at Ramathibodi hospital,Bangkok,Thailand.
