Oligosaccharides are the main branch of prebiotics,and it is the proliferation factor of prebiotics,such as bifidobacterium.In addition,oligosaccharides have distinct health effects,promote micro-ecological balance and improve human immunity,for example.Though just ten and several years since oligosaccharides have been developed in China,we could see the efficacy of research,technology,production and market had made.At present,Oligosaccharides are widely used in food and healthy products from famous Chinese companies.Consumers are becoming more and more interested in oligosaccharides-containing products,which are expected to have wider applications in the world,as well as in China.
