　　To study the adjusting metabolism of bone with estrogen-like active component from Duzhongye.Using biochemical separating technology,estrogen-like active component were abstracted from Duzhongye.The experimental models were set up to culture the mices ovarian granular cells,osteoblast and osteoblast/ovarian granular cells co-culture.
