　　In this paper,we study on the antitumor immune effects of the water-solubility.We build S180 tumor animal model,and the control group received 0.5ml pbs abdominal cavity rejection of and the test group received 0.5ml water-solubility(concentration is about 30mg/ml) abdominal cavity rejection.By the ELISA,MTT and QHS Methods an immune organic,cellular and molecular levels.
