To investigate the physiological responses of rape seedling and the comprehensive evaluation of salt resistance under salt stress,We used three varieties of Brassica napus with different salt tolerance,NaCl was added into the solution at 5-leaf stage and NaCl concentration levels at 0,60,120,180 and 240 mmol·L-1,respectively.The response of three materials seedlings to NaCl stress was assessed by measuring the malondialdehyde(MDA),Soluble sugar, betaine and Chlorophyll content in plants before and after exposed to salt stress. The research result showed that at different concentrations, the MDA,Soluble sugar and betaine content of three materials were different degrees higher than before the stress,The performance of Chlorophyll content was higher than before the stress in low NaCl concentration,NaCl concentration higher than 120 mmol·L-1 caused the chlorophyll content decreased rapidly and lower than before stress. In low concentration NaCl stress(Less than 60 or 120 mmol·L-1),the content of MDA and Soluble sugar lower than without salt stress, betaine and Chlorophyll content were higher than without salt stress.Description Low concentrations of NaCl may promote the growth of oilseed rape.Through analysis, the accumulation of MDA content in three materials at different NaCl concentrations were as followings:2205<487<1423,while,Soluble sugar, betaine and Chlorophyll content were 2205>487>1423.The average membership function were 2205 > 487 > 1423.Shows that using the membership function can accurately evaluate the strength of the salt resistance.
