In this paper,Aiming at the problem of the signal to noise ratio exceeding the target of the mass air flow sensor in a engine air intake system test,it is analysed to the overall flow state of the air intake system via the CFD analysis software STAR-CCM+.Based on the K-ε turbulence model, the reason of the signal-to-noise ratio exceeding the target is studied through numerical analysis. The rationality and feasibility of various optimization proposals are explored. Finally, the optimization proposal of the rectifier grid is adopted. The optimized results are tested and verified that signal-to-noise ratio of the optimized intake system meets the design requirements.
