This article presents the preparation of thermosensitive,pH-sensitive,biodegradable and biocompatible poly (N-Isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM)-Cellulose based microspheres controlling drug release.These microspheres were prepared using cellulose microspheres as templates to graft PNIPAM via reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization.
