Poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA),a commercially important water-soluble polymer,has been widely applied in the electrospinning to fabricate versatile nanofibers but the spinnable concentration window is rather narrow due to strong hydrogen (H)-bonding between PVA macromolecules and between PVA and water solvent [1].As far as hnow,solution rheological property plays an important role in determining the fibrous morphology [2].
