The endovascular treatment of patients with a thoracoabdominal aneurism (TAA) has move up to a reduction of morbidity and mortality in front of the open surgery.However the risk of spinal cord ischemia (SCI) is still high (3-12%), because the several intercostal arteries coverage or previous vascular abdominal surgery.
