Objective: Extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma(ENKTL) is an aggressive form of non-Hodgkins lymphoma with poor prognosis.The response rate to pegaspargase(PEG-ASP)-based multi-agent regimens is good even in patients with refractory and relapsed diseases.This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of PEG-ASP combined with gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (PEG-ASP + Gemox) treatment in patients with treatment-naive refractory or relapsed ENKTL.Methods: A total of 61 ENKTL patients (36 initially treated patients and 25 refractory/relapsed patients) who received PEGASP + Gemox regimen were analyzed.
