To study effects of ginsenosides Rgl on sciatic nerve after injury.Sixty SD rats were assigned into treated group and control group randomly.Ginsenosides Rgl (40mg/kg) was administered by intraperitoneal injection to rats in treated group for 12 weeks.Expression of NGF was tested by immunohistochemistry method after 4 weeks.
